Multiple Claims

Gather data for: User's discretion - usually three to five years.

Report valued as of: Run date

Data type: Posted Totals

Description: The Multiple Claims report shows which claimants have had multiple claims filed during the reporting period.  The social security number assigned to each claim is used to determine which claimants have multiple claims. If the social security number on a claim is blank it is excluded from consideration for this report.

Fields:  

  1. Comprensate Case Number
  2. BWC Claim Number
  3. Injury Date
  4. Bodypart Description
  5. Medical Paid - the total amount of medical transactions posted up to the run date of the report 
  6. Expense Paid - the total amount of expense transactions posted up to the run date of the report
  7. Indemnity Paid - the total amount of indemnity transactions posted up to the run date of the report.
  8. Claim Count

Report Grouping : Claims on this report are grouped in the following order.

  1. Social Security Number
  2. Date of Injury with in each social security number grouping
